How do I choose a size?
Check the product-specific size table. Measurements are in centimeters; compare your waist measurement with the recommended fit range. Skirts have an elastic back waist and side zipper.
Is a petticoat included?
No. A petticoat may be used for styling photographs but is not included. The skirt and any bow described as included on its product page are supplied.
Where do you ship?
Free standard shipping to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. US overseas territories and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.
When does handling start?
Before 7:00 PM fixed UTC−06:00 on a business day, the order enters handling calculation that day. At or after the cutoff, on weekends or US federal holidays, it enters on the next business day.
Do you add tax?
The checkout tax line is $0.
Can I return a skirt?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fee. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 days. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original packaging and supplied tags and accessories. Contact us before sending a return.
Who pays return postage?
We pay for company errors, damage and defects. You pay for change-of-mind returns to our address in Italy. Opening a package to inspect a damaged, defective or incorrect item does not exclude a claim.
How should I care for my skirt?
Follow the specific care instructions on its product page. Materials and trims differ between designs.
